Bake cheese tart

By far the best cheese tart in whole of Japan. Its a small shop, specialised in cheese tarts only, found in train stations around Japan. We spotted BAKE in Tokyo Shinjuku, Sendai, Kagoshima, The warm, creamy and fluffy cheese mousse and its crunchy crust are absolutely delicious in its simplicity. Often served warm, they come with a small price tag of 216 yen. Sometimes they have seasonal variations, but the classic tart is all what is necessary!
