Gachi tsukemen in Tokyo 二丁目つけめんGACHI
からあげNi Chome Tsukemen Gachi (二丁目つけめんGACHI) – serves tori-paitan ramen and tsukemen. Tori-paitan is a thick, creamy soup made from boiling down different chicken parts.
The spicy version beats them all, and comprises a portion of fried chicken (karaage 唐揚げ), egg and bamboo shoots in tempura. Its called Red Hot Chili DX – ¥ 990. The best.
